BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES
Long Beach, CA
Clinician, Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Position Summary: Will provide comprehensive mental health services, including individual and family therapy to a caseload of 12 or more clients.
- Qualifications: Must have a Master’s degree in a mental health related field and be a registered intern with BBS. Must be able to work under pressure and/or crisis situations and must possess strong clinical and paperwork skills. The Clinician should also possess the ability to handle crisis situations, to adapt to change and must be responsible with confidential information. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred and DMH experience is a plus. Supervision hours available for MFT.

Fresno, CA
Social Worker, part time
- Position Summary: Responsible for providing case management and support services to foster children, foster parents and biological families of foster children.
- Qualifications: Must have a related Master’s degree and relevant coursework that meets Title 22 requirements, along with at least one year of experience working with children and families in a social services setting at the Master’s degree level. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

San Bernardino/Moreno Valley, CA
Social Worker, part time
- Position Summary: The part time Social Worker will work out of either the San Bernardino or Moreno Valley office, depending on the case load. The part time Social worker will also provide services to the foster child, foster parents and the natural families.
- Qualifications: Must have a related Master’s degree and relevant coursework that meets Title 22 requirements, along with at least one year of experience working with children and families in a social services setting at the Master’s degree level. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
ZINSMEYER ACADEMY
Long Beach, CA
Behavioral Specialist
- Position Summary: The Behavioral Specialist will have direct supervision of students and will also provide behavioral interventions for students in accordance with Zinsmeyer’s Behavioral Management Policy. Will also oversee the completion of daily student incident and serious incidents reports.
- Qualifications: Must have a minimum of an A.A. or A.S. degree from an accredited college, preferably in Behavioral Sciences, also must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with at-risk adolescents in a non-public school, this experience shall include working with Emotionally Disturbed adolescents and Learning Disabled adolescents.
Special Day Class Teacher
- Position Summary: ChildNet operates a Non-Public School for at-risk students. The Special Day Class (SDC) Teacher will provide classroom instruction, guidance and discipline to their assigned students. The SDC Teacher will also be responsible for developing their classroom curriculum, maintaining accurate student grades and writing IEP goals aligned with CA State Standards. This position will also supervise and direct the teaching assistant assigned to their classroom.
- Qualifications: The SDC Teacher shall possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and show evidence of passing the CBEST and CSET examinations. SDC Teachers must also have a current California Teaching Specialist Mild/Moderate Clear Level I Credential with enrollment in the Level II Credential program. . Must have teaching experience in high school setting OR one semester of student teaching in a high school setting. One year of special education experience (public or private) preferred.
